Stroke Recovery

OUR THERAPISTS
Lindsey Crutchfield, M.S., CCC-SLP
Lindsey Crutchfield is the founder of Full Circle Therapy and a licensed, certified speech-language pathologist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication, Speech, and Disorders from Nova Southeastern University, followed by a Master's in Speech and Language Pathology from the same institution.
As a clinician, Lindsey is dedicated to fostering effective communication and listening skills, building positive relationships with clients of all ages, showcasing creativity in treatment activities as an active member of a multidisciplinary team, and providing encouragement to clients throughout their therapy journey. Lindsey specializes in complex medical disorders and feeding/swallowing therapy for pediatric and adult patients. She shares her life with her husband Justin and their two children.
Laiken Blackwell, M.S., OTR/L
Laiken earned her degree in psychology from Auburn University and her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Alabama State University.
With experience in diverse settings such as early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, school systems, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient orthopedics, she is well-rounded in her field. Laiken is known for her energy, compassion, dedication, and personalized approach to each patient she serves. She shares her life with her husband Tyler and their two precious children.
Kailyn Butts, B.S., SLP/A
Kailyn Butts is a graduate of Auburn University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Science.
She is pleased to join our team and is committed to helping others improve their communication skills and overall quality of life. With a strong academic foundation and dedication to ongoing learning, Kailyn is focused on growing and specializing as a therapist. She looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients she.
Dawn Groover, M.S., CCC-SLP
Dawn proudly earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Auburn University and her Master of Science in the same field from the University of Alabama.
With an impressive 30 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and Special Education Teacher, she has now embarked on an exciting journey in pediatric private practice. Dawn's expertise shines in early language development, phonological conditions, and articulation deficits. She shares her life with her wonderful husband Jeff and cherishes her two grown children.
Lauren Groover, RD, LD
Lauren holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Auburn University.
She offers tailored medical health and nutrition therapy for both adult and pediatric patients, aiming to enhance health, manage medical conditions, and promote lifelong wellness through food and nutrition.
